As most ultra-runners I eat a lot and I love food!! I also try to eat as healthy as possible. I am plant based and refined sugar free (only allowed myself dark chocolate 😉 ) so any ready made meals are most of the time a no-go… I then had to learn to cook which was not easy as I use to see cooking as a waste of time but now I just love it!!!
You will find here some of my favorite dishes or street food. Sorry there are no quantities as usually don’t follow any recipes I just go with the flow! Everything here is Vegan.
